The Assessment shows the employer savings scale using $573.60 per participating employee annually and the approximate W-2 headcount entered by the visitor. It treats the headcount entered as the participating population for the estimate. The employer's actual total will reflect the employees who participate.

Employee outcomes

Employee paycheck outcomes vary by individual payroll and tax circumstances. Website examples should not be treated as a promise of an identical employee result.

Health benefits

Available benefits, eligibility and program details can change. Current program information is confirmed as part of the employer review and implementation process.

Professional review

Employers decide what internal or independent professional review is appropriate for their circumstances. Coordination Group Advisory can coordinate with the professionals the employer selects when requested.

Sensitive information

Do not enter Social Security numbers, employee names, dates of birth, protected health information, payroll files, banking information or other sensitive employee information into public forms.
